Cecilia Wang is Deputy Legal Director of the national American Civil Liberties Union. Ms. Wang directs the Center for Democracy, which encompasses the ACLU’s work on immigrant and voting rights, national security, human rights, and speech, privacy and technology. Registration for this event is for a lottery for 1 of the 8 available tickets.
The lottery will be held for the free tickets once registration closes on March 18. All registrants will be informed of the results of the lottery and their place in line on or before March 20.
