Join AWLA Member Donn Kessler for an hour long program on mindfulness, meditation and stress reduction with a special emphasis of remaining focused and calm while practicing at home or at the office during the quarantine. The program will include some mindfulness exercises, suggestions for formal and informal meditation and alternative ways to reduce stress, especially during isolation, as well as ensuring the highest degree of professionalism, whether you are working remotely or from the office with others who are working remotely.

Time will be set aside for questions at the end of the presentation.

This event is designed to complement the April 22 Zoom webinar with Donn Kessler. We recommend registering for both events.

AWLA members from around the state are invited to join this event. Members who register for this event attend for free, and may also register their Administrative Assistants for free, if the AWLA member is also attending. Non-members may register for this event for $10. Non-members are welcome to invite their Administrative Assistants to join them at this event for $10 each also.
