NCWBA will be hosting a teleconference with author and consultant Lauren Stiller Rikleen to discuss findings from her book, The Shield of Silence: How Power Perpetuates a Culture of Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace, as well as strategies for change, addressing the link between sexual harassment and gender discrimination, and the ways in which fear of retaliation silence victims and bystanders.
