All attorneys—men and women—are invited to join us on Friday, November 1 to network with your fellow attorneys from across the state and explore through a series of presentations and panels the progress of women in the law. Topics will include Balancing Motherhood and the Law; Running for Elected Office; Status of the Equal Rights Amendment; and Sexual Harassment.
This year’s keynote speaker is Vice Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer, Arizona Supreme Court. Justice Timmer will discuss the significance of the 19th Amendment granting women the right to vote as the 100th Anniversary approaches in 2020.
