We—the Chairs and Vice Chairs of the Mothers’ Forum—suspect that all of us have experience with “the invisible labors of working Moms. These labors consist of all of the things that we do to keep things running smoothly with regard to school, work, after-school activities, meals, shopping, etc., etc. And, for some of us, the amount of labor has even increased as a result of Covid and the ongoing changes the pandemic has wrought in our daily lives. Which then raises the question: Is this unavoidable, and if not, what can be do about it?
