HEADED BY CARA CHRISTIAN!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GOTR5KFUN VIRTUAL CELEBRATION:

  1. This virtual event is for the whole family! Encourage your household or friends, family or colleagues to participate in the celebration of our girls by joining you or cheering you on!
  2.  
  3. Choose your activity, your distance, your route and your date!
  4.  
  5. Download the materials you’ll need! Everything will be sent to registrants via email.
  6.  
  7. Joyfully run, walk, skip, dance, or roll 1 mile, 5K or more between April 21st and May 9th. Be creative! If running isn’t your thing, chose any physical activity challenge that reminds you of your limitless potential. Find your happy pace and keep moving forward!

  9. Take pictures and post them to social media with the hashtag #GOTR5KFun. You may even win a prize! Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram!
