About this event
In this fast-paced legal writing CLE, lawyers of all experience levels will receive practical tools to improve their legal writing and instantly enhance their legal briefs. Taught from the unique perspectives of a judge, a legal writing professor, and an appellate practitioner, this CLE will discuss the often-overlooked fundamentals of persuasive legal writing, dos and don’ts from the viewpoint of the bench, and technological considerations when writing for screen readers. The presentation will conclude with a panel to address participant questions. ---
