Don’t miss this opportunity to hear directly from Mary Jo O’Neill, Regional Attorney for the EEOC’s Phoenix District Office. Ms. O’Neill is responsible for the EEOC’s litigation in 5 states and has been litigating on behalf of the EEOC for the past 32 years. She will share with you the backstory on some of the most important sex discrimination cases locally and nationally. She will also give you important insight into EEOC’s response to harassment in the workplace and to the #metoo movement, including a recent 2.66 million dollar settlement on behalf of women attorneys.

DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($30 members/$40 non-members/$20 law student members and $25 law student non-members). If you cancel after the registration deadline, or do not show up for a luncheon for which you have registered, and you have not paid, you will be billed at the "at the door" price. We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must bill you.
