As the delta variant wreaks havoc on everyone’s fall plans, legal issues related to the ongoing pandemic continue to follow. More employers are encouraging or requiring their employees to get vaccinated, some are beginning to charge their employees for rising healthcare costs, and schools are navigating the changing landscape of mask requirements as they start a new school year—the third one now impacted by COVID-19. Although the pandemic is far from new at this point, the steps individuals, employers, businesses, and schools are taking to fight it continue to change. Please join our conversation about these latest developments and what may come next.

Jana L. Sutton is an attorney practicing labor and employment law at Mesch Clark Rothschild. Jana’s practice ranges from advising clients on management, preventative measures, and regulatory concerns to guiding clients through complex litigation and arbitration. Jana graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona, James E. Roger College of Law and clerked for former Chief Justice Rebecca White Berch at the Arizona Supreme Court.
