Emily Bashah, Psy.D. will teach participants how “impostor syndrome” can impact your competence, relationships with clients and your practice. Impostor syndrome has been defined as the idea that you’ve only succeeded due to luck, and not because of your talent or qualifications. It is a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. This event will be an interactive workshop and CLE presentation geared toward learning how to recognize and help combat impostor syndrome. Dr. Bashah is the owner of Bashah Psychological Services, PLC, which provides clinical, forensic and consulting services for various populations. Dr. Bashah presents training workshops for attorneys, first responders, mental and behavioral health organizations, universities, and other local, state and national organizations. She is approved to evaluate and provide therapy for the Arizona State Board of Nursing and Arizona Medical Board.

*The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 3.0 hour toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 0 hour of professional responsibility.

Cost is $30.00 for AWLA members, $40.00 for non-members. Limited to 30 participants.
