The FDCC Ladder Down program is accepting applications for its 2020 class! Ladder Down is a year-long program that provides training for women lawyers to empower them in the areas of leadership, business development, and mentoring. Sessions are taught by esteemed faculty and rounded out with local panel discussions on topics pertinent to female leaders. 24 participants will be accepted into the 2020 program, which may qualify for up to 20 hours of CLE.
